- Schedules will be announced along with mappools.
- First published match date and time are just a proposition and may be rescheduled on the following rules:
Both teams agreed to reschedule.
Proof (screenshot) has to be posted on discord using the pinned prompt.
Only few staff members may or may not confirm the reschedule using a discord emote that represents “yes” or “no” or “pending” (most likely green, red or orange square).
- Reschedule may be rejected if:
Not enough proof was sent.
The rescheduled time is after the deadline of 4 days before and after the specific stage(If it's the only time that you can play, Hosts will consider accepting this reschedule).
- Reschedule may be marked as pending if:
Additional information is needed.
- Date and times are provided in coordinated universal time (UTC).
Qualifiers Rules
- Qualifiers are only one try.
- Teams that passed the screening phase may participate in qualifiers. If only one player does not meet screening conditions, the team can still play the tournament without that player.
- If the captain doesn’t pass the screening, a different captain has to be picked.
- Teams choose their lobby from the spreadsheet. They can participate in a lobby that has at least one empty slot. Teams notify hosts on the discord channel about their chosen lobby using a pinned prompt.
Match Rules
- Referees will send a pinged message on the general discord channel to notify captains about their upcoming match.
- Captains may or may not confirm their presence.
- Captains may inform referees right before their match about forfeiting or rescheduling.
- At least one player of both teams MUST join the match up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
- After 10 minutes of absence, bans are lost in favor of the team that is present.
- After 15 minutes of absence, the team that is present wins the match by default.
- If both teams are not present, the match can be rescheduled.
- Any other complicated cases will be considered individually by hosts.
- Team that won !roll, picks the pick/ban order. Team that lost !roll, picks the other order.
- Map can be aborted up to 2 times before 30 seconds of map duration passed.
- Players have 120 seconds to pick or ban a map.
- Not picking/banning after 120 seconds results in loss of this privilege in favor of the opposite team.
- If referees feel uncomfortable or are being abused during the match, they have the right to end the match and set a loss by default for one team. Exceptional verbal abuse may result in report to the osu staff and tournament ban.
- Tiebreakers may be picked for fun after the match.
- One warmup per team can be picked before the match. (Twitch TOS and osu! community rules friendly)
- Double pick & ban is allowed
- One 5 minute timeout per team is allowed.
