osu! keeps creating a file called ".require_update" every time, saw on a different post to paste here "update.log" but it doesn't exist there. there's a few files but the only one that's connected to this is "update_success.log":

To be fair, debloated windows does have a con of removing features you might need for playing one or the other game. If this is one of the scenarios, you can do nothing about it.

i doubt it because i do have osu! on my main PC with the same debloated win11 install and osu! runs no problem on it

Try updating your .net framework (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework)
Or check if you have correctly installed the GPU Drivers. If so, try completely removing them using DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/Download-Display-Driver-Uninstaller-DDU-18076) and then reinstalling them.

hey there, i just reinstalled to latest .net and latest nvidia driver after ddu.
