[Archived] Lots of lag spikes

I've been getting a lot of lag spikes while playing and it's getting worse 🥲
My average ping is 4ms but when this happens, it would go straight up to 26ms and go back down.
It happens every 15-20 seconds

Not sure if it's because of my graphics setting or it's because of me playing it on a Macbook, I hope I can fix it ToT

I've had this issue since I first tried Osu on Mac, so probably 2-3 years ago? I've had the laptop reset before and it was less laggy at first, but now getting worse.
