[Archived] Why my osu! has a limit fps @ 330

Problem details:
No matter how I change the settings it stays 330fps still (the maximum one)
My device is laptop Asus TUF Gaming A16, RTX 4070 Direct out put.
Even my older PC with AMD R9 370 can run @ 480 fps. Is there something on laptop made the situation?

osu! version: Stable 20240513.1 (latest)
I am an idiot......I haven't play a map at first and when I started it became 800fps/960fps
I wonder if I can do something to make it faster?

Have you checked the performance troubleshooting wiki to see if it helps at all?

Make sure that you have nothing but osu! open and running.

Fps is intentionally capped on menus, there isn't a setting to change this behaviour
