Problem details: While playing osu, I get small stutters (bottom left ms counter goes from 0.3 -> 1), and while the stutters aren't bad, each of these little stutters causes the game audio to go a little bit ahead of the game video, which makes long maps unplayable.
Also happens to a greater extent when I tab in/out of osu during maps, and sometimes the map just begins with a crazy desync.
Suspect it's something to do with audio drivers and/or monitor connection, but just wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem.

Notes: Desync is minimal up to the break at 2:32 (acc is pretty good), where I tab out and tab back in -> after that, the audio is noticably ahead of the video for the rest of the map, and the hits on the UR bar are skewed to the left.
osu! version: Stable 20240513.1 (latest)
