Maybe there's some setting I missed, but upon finishing a map you're presented with your "score card", and to the left is an array of scores of the top of the global leaderboard. I feel like this is useless to like, basically everyone unless you're a pro and chasing leaderboard tops?
Maybe loading the scores of "surrounding" players, i.e displaying scores #94k-94,567 and #94,569-95k for a player who scored #94,568 on the global leaderboard might be taxing processing or network wise (?)
But shouldn't there at least be an option to toggle this to a friends or country leaderboard for those with supporter?
Maybe the UI does this already and I just don't know how to turn it on.
