Whole arm aiming movement

For the past months, I've been increasing my area incrementally. From earlier 60mm, 65, 70, up until now I use 85mm x 47.8mm. This is because my strength is growing up, to be enough for doing cross jump back to back, while also for compensate hitting smaller/awkward pattern aiming with precision.

My muscle memory begin to change too. Now that I incorperate some whole arm movement in addition to using my wrist, I have two questions:

• How do I utilise this in addition to precise wrist movement?

• How do I minimise the risk for injury for moving my whole arm?

it might be easier to go for a bigger area, arm movement with smaller areas can feel jerky or hard to get used to.

going even bigger area is the best way to get used to moving arm more imo, then go smaller if it was too big - a bit smaller will feel a lot easier afterwards, even if it's bigger than what you begin wth

so I have to go beyond 85mm? Huh, alright. I think it'll do after I'm starting to overaiming things again
