I am recommending someone to BSS Ao no Senritsu.

Seriously, with how this song sounds, mapping standard maps for this is waaaaaaay too easy.

Love Ikusa!! needs a PV before we show it to the world, seriously. People will be like "which series is this from" and we're like "It's a Taiko song". Instant publicity!

I won't count on anyone to map Cycle of Rebirth without an SB... actually I just want to claim that song :<

I also want Wanya World, though I won't be surprised if some random rabid Vocaloid fan from outside randomly submits it. This song is also instant publicity, but it's due to its existence alone. Lol.

Shiro Neko would fit well if someone can get Nyan and Wan sounds just to accompany the song. Aside from that I'm not counting on it too much.

White Rose Insanity... hm... GFDM plz (lol)

Dokodon Masturhtyhm is uh... hm, as a devout of the opening themes, I think I might want to eye that (after LLLH)

What else... hm, I'm just enthusiastic too much for Ao no Senritsu, Love Ikusa!!, and Cycle of Rebirth lol

No, anongos said that. I don't wanna do that, though it's VERY plausible (I don't know how to pull it off though)

I know that, but I think she'd realize the difference very clearly due to, you know, the obvious gender differences.

It'll be quite both epic and orz-ful for a detail like that to be concealed... plus I just don't know how to pull something like that off... I'm not that good depicting tomboys.

呼(yo[bu]) means call or summon, or in the case of "呼んで"(yonde), means call as in refer to.


The Taiko thread is the largest thread in this entire forum. And recently an Introduction forum became the 'second' Taiko thread. So where's our #taiko again (and possibly our Taiko subforum XD)
What about a taiko private server instead? Its not the cheapest way, but something to think about anyway.

I could open up a simple forum for Taiko, though it won't be anything very fancy since I'm freaking busy for this week and the next with university work....It'll be on Invisionfree if everyone agrees (best I could think of, unless you have any other ideas). There will be threads for discussion, links to here and Taiko Time, and of course, a huge post(s) for beatmap downloads which all designated mods can edit at will.

Also, no one has given me any feedback yet on the sister blog's name yet for the Taiko fan-arts and stories and whatnot.

Nah Invisionfree is obviously NOT the best solution since you guys can't easily have access to your forum data (it's hosted by the company), as one of my friends painfully experienced.
If you only want a webspace for a forum or a wordpress blog, I guess I could help. If you got a domain, even better. (or you'll need to stick with taiko.nmforce.net or something like that, or a free domain name like taiko.tk).

IDK why, but Movie Maker is being a bitch when I try to sync video and audio. If only I knew how to use Premiere, I wouldn't be using Movie Maker. orz

Well, it's almost both.

Short summary :

June 15, 2011 : EPIC FAIL, I got something like, DISK READ ERROR. then I managed to re-install
June 25 : EPIC FAIL because a file looked corrupted, a SYSTEM file
then now I get this. I managed to find a way to rearm 11 x (which is 330 more days) but nope, I will try to get rid

I have an activation key but it seems like it won't show up
same for the new key thingy

why am I cursed when it's technology ? :c

@Gezo: If you have a key, maybe you can just call Microsoft and tell them to reset your key. Although from the sound of it, it seems like your using something like a keygen or activator instead of a key from Microsoft.

Not yet fffffffffff I still actually lose to him sometimes on non-boss rush if I don't wear my earphones (of coruse on hardest difficulty). I'm almost able to FC the battle though, if the bomb placements weren't so awkward D: (I'm also close to DFC'ing Cycle of Rebirth on Oni so yeah)

Really? I can beat him on boss rush without any assists or clones(still don't know what they do) on the hardest difficulty. And I'm not as close to FC'ing the battle itself (maybe somewhere around 10-20 misses). Maybe the difficulty changes depending on the player.

@anongos: Maybe his power is reduced for the third go onwards? Namco has a habit of nerfing bosses if they're giving you too much trouble, like reducing max HP of bosses in Wii2/DS3

Since when was Saitama coffee?

@aqua Yeah, but that only applies to when you continuously lose against a boss that you haven't beaten before. After you win, they revert back to their original strength. I know since I still have difficulty beating the final boss in DS2 on Oni.

I was actually being serious about that. I failed the first two times fighting Armagedon, then for some odd reason, he became extremely piss easy on the third go, even when I hadn't warmed up to the chart yet. After that, I never lost against him ever again.
I don't think you've noticed that his max and min power reduces after the third loss. It becomes 900 and 750 respectively, from the original 999 and 800. All proceeding fights however has his power staying at 999 and 800.

And by 'joke' I meant like "you suck, so it's hard. I don't suck, so it's easy" XD

And, looking forward to this UStream. That's the same day enrollment restrictions are lifted in my school. lol Totally signing up for Japanese classes.
Hope you pick up something there, as I barely remember anything from my JAPALA1 class 3 terms ago lol.. I learn more from self-learning 8D

I immediately saw the max and min power difference since I was pretty mad at myself for not clearing it after 2 tries, so I paused at the Battle Initiate screen and I saw 900-750 instead of 999-800. Of course it's now back to 999-800 for me, and being familiar with the CoR chart makes it very easy for me now... I still can't beat him on boss rush however :/ (I just tried again. Failed again)

@anongos:Nope; I have questions for you regarding the matter though:

1.) How much of your army is left when you get to Armage-don anyway?
2.) How many bombs do you actually step on? For some reason in the go-go time, even though I'm pretty sure I FC the entire sequence I hit bombs instead of notes for some freaking reason. Like d*bomb*k ends up with my k being registered as hitting the bomb and not the k :/

2. I normally stop pressing anything if I don't see clear enough. Better to miss some notes than to hit bomb notes.
At the end of the battle, I would usually have around 80-140 left.

Nah Invisionfree is obviously NOT the best solution since you guys can't easily have access to your forum data (it's hosted by the company), as one of my friends painfully experienced.
If you only want a webspace for a forum or a wordpress blog, I guess I could help. If you got a domain, even better. (or you'll need to stick with taiko.nmforce.net or something like that, or a free domain name like taiko.tk).

2.) This is my main problem; I know when and what to press entirely, it's just that for some reason I still keep hitting bombshit. Is my metronome going off or what, because I'm pretty sure I'm hitting those notes as perfect as I could >_>

If I can FC this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6p--XV-QPQ) then I shouldn't have problems with Armage-don, but... >_>

If you're not sure (or can't see clearly), its much better to just miss than to hit bomb notes. You lose MUCH less people that way. But if you're completely adamant about getting an FC on it, then I can't help much.

EDIT: In that video, you can still see, though not very much. In Armagedon, you get points that block off the entire bar, so I don't think its wise to treat it the same way as the Arumi battle.

After much playing, nope, I haven't had a case where the entire scrollbar is blocked now. Playing osu!Taiko using the Hidden mod is a good practice, if it's any hint; the right most part of the scroll is blocked seldomly

I've grown accustomed to switching my vision from middle, left, and right quickly now so... IDK, I'm just pretty sure I can read the entire chart now even if the rocks are blocking. Actually I'll try FCing Gigadon on DS2 first (almost have it down, but I stopped playing DS2 after I got the Wii games lol)

Well, I suck at reading patterns when the AI starts blocking off shit. Maybe that's why I can't play Hidden on osu!Taiko. Much less Hidden + Flashlight.

Though, it still stands that you lose less people missing than hitting bombs.

It sounds like I'd be good at this, since I have my own way of reading Hidden, but the scroll bar is longer in taiko, so chances are I'll get thrown off.

Well, you see, I really is not THE best when comes to Taiko, I will fail anything that's more than 8 Stars on Oni, so I'm still doing my practice (I actually have DS1~DS3 and PSP2,DX here), but it didn't mean I'm NOT a taiko player, it's just that I don't have a lot of thing to post lol.
