Long story short my tapping is underwhelming compared to my tracking.
Im having a easier time on 4-5 star maps then on 1-3 cuse im just horrid at tapping.
The 4-5 star maps allows me to tap but in the slower ones i simply cant tap and idk what to do.
I also dont know if playing lower starred maps will help me improve either im clueless.

When it comes to tapping, you’ll probably have an easier time later on if you progress slowly initially. Find a star rating you can FC with good accuracy (98 or 99%). Play maps of that difficulty and improve your scores. Then work on slowly extending that range (i.e: move up by 0.2 stars after you can comfortably FC maps with good accuracy in the previous range). The reason for doing this is to develop patience and learn to predict common patterns / rhythms. Another way to explain why tapping generally requires a more progressive approach (at least initially) is how most people learn to play streams. You start by alternating 1-2 rhythms (the speed of jumps) or with triples, then you move onto short bursts, then longer bursts, then short streams, then longer streams and so on. If you apply this principle of progressively increasing the difficulty after you’ve learnt to play the previous step with high accuracy, you should find that your tapping improves.
