[Archived] Osu! wont launch after is says "osu is up to date"

Problem details:
The osu updater opens when ever i try to open osu! it says up to date then doesnt open. ive tried reinstalling and basically anything that i can find and NOTHING pleas help

"these are the logs" have nothing under, upload the Logs folder somewhere

the image above that is the "logs" file in the osu files other than that i dont know where to find other logs.

There should be more files inside the Logs folder than just this one.

Could it be an incomplete version of osu? Also i will say that, if i go into the osu file while i open osu it will add all the normal files then delete them and replace them with the files shown in the second image
