[Archived] Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S Not Working

Problem details:
I'm playing osu on a new computer and just done a fresh install but when I messed around with my skin.ini and I want to reload my changes using the shortcut and nothing happens, I know that you can just click the skin again and it will refresh but on the case when I'm adding a new skin using copy paste rather than .osk using the shortcut would really help me.

Do you have anything in the background that could be using one or more of those keys? Is osu! in fullscreen and not alt-tabbed?

Osu is in fullscreen, and i dont believe i have that use those keys tbh, because i havent installed anything like adobe, office or other stuff, i just immediately installed osu after updating all the drivers lmao

Do you have any overlays running? Such as xbox game bar, discord, steam etc? Might want to go into task manager and just stop anything, including monitoring tools and try it out.

I really just wanted to make sure so I did a fresh window reinstall and I only installed osu, I checked the task manager and I stopped everything that is not from the system so I hope it covers all of them and only make osu run

To no avail I still can't reload my skin, I still hear those *ding sounds tho once a while but I don't know what cause them tbh

This issue only happens in stable and this issue is not present in Lazer (I still wanna use stable tho because I still prefer stable tbh)

might be a bump but im having this same issue, using the same pc and it was working just fine not too long ago. id say, 1 month ago it stopped working.
