Problem details:
Tablet (Huion Inspiroy H1060P on v15.7.6.753) works just fine outside of osu, but when I boot it up, the cursor doesn't jump properly at all. Sometimes some futzing will fix the problem, but it feels like the solution is different every time. (i.e. sometimes turning off Windows Ink fixes it, sometimes Windows Ink needs to be on in order to work properly)

Can't take picture of osu for some reason, but tablet support is off, sensitivity is set to 1x, Raw Input is off, Map input is off, Confine Mouse is set to Never.
