Beatmap Packs Medals requirement

I feel like farming some medals and I was wondering if there are restrictions with using mods like NF, EZ, HT...

Basically, if I can't pass the lowest diff on a certain map from a pack, does it still get cleared if I play it through with NF?

You can use NF and you'll just need to get a score on any difficulty of every map on the Pack. Check https://osekai.net/medals/ if you need info on any medal
