Problem details: whenever i try and play a map i will always have to change the scroll speed back to what i prefer it at (24) because it always changes to a different number (i.e. it'll change randomly to 20, 21, 22, 23, and 25. this problem is also accompanied with my offset changing on its own as well. i have it set to 2 but at time it will change by itself all the way to 300 and i dont notice until i start a map and everything is messed up. i have reinstalled osu as well as changing my skin but i dont even know where to begin on fixing a problem like this if it isn't fixed by just uninstalling.
