Argh I don't wanna pop this bubble because the difficulty I'm playing ("Normal" if you would call it that) is fun, but I might have to.

First of all, this is by no means a "Normal" difficulty, but it fits Hard rather well (or would if you shrank the circles a bit, right now they're a size too big).
01:35:42 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This is much too cluster-fucky.
Also, whistle overuse just a tad.

00:20:00 (1,2) - these should be scripted to provide some kind of warning. You don't necessarily need a slow-down prompt but a "hey pay attention these are doubletime" is well-deserved here.
00:27:54 (1) - Is this necessary? Things like 00:16:05 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - are also a tad overboard at times but kinda justified here.
00:33:02 (9) - Another big "what the hell why is that 2x bpm I didn't see that coming" sorta thing. It's a bit too sudden and the song doesn't really allude to it.
Okay there's quite a few more 2x sliders here and there. Perhaps SB some speed-lines into the sliders that are double fast, or make them electrical or something. That'd be cool.
A 2 minute map should not count for 8 million points. I think there's a bit too much going on (heavy stacks, needlessly rapid repeat sliders)

you know what, forget what I said above. Apart from that cluster-fucky bit on Normal, let's just leave the maps as is and push this for Approved. It has that Marisa quirk to it. I don't think that should be changed, actually.
