General guidelines
- Extra emphasis since this is happening a bit late: THIS VOTE IS FOR 2023. Please differentiate accomplishments that have happened thus far in 2024 from what happened in 2023.
- This vote is global; players from any country may vote.
- Your account must have been created before July 1st, 2023 to be eligible to vote.
- You are not allowed to vote for yourself.
- Troll votes will be ignored.
- Voting results will not be released until after the deadline has passed. Expect this in the form of a video similar to previous years.
- Anyone within the top #1000 USA can be voted for along with a few exceptions outside of that range.
