Problem details: For a while (2-3 month maybe) i have an issue with my game. On different maps (with or without storyboard and background video) i have random stuttering, which makes playing uncomfortable, and killed some of my scores. I already tried different settings, enabled and disabled windowed mode, compatibility setting, changing the skins etc., nothing seems to be working.
Lately, this issues started to be seen even when i just moving my mouse, while in game.
I even went further, and reinstalled my windows, hoping that this will help, but it's not.
I thought it could be some issues in the stable version, but changing version to the cutting edge not helped either.
Maybe this is something about my hardware?
My current setup:
CPU: AMD ryzen 1600x
GPU: RTX 2070
RAM: 32g 2666hz
game installed on M2 NVMe SSD disk dedicated for the gaming stuff
