Problem details:

Why my osu microfreezes randomly for about every minute when playing beatmap? RAM is enough, CPU too
does anyone know the solution?

If this is occurring a very specific interval, maybe check to make sure you don't have anything else running on your computer at that same interval. One common example that comes to mind would be a slideshow desktop background.
