[resolved] Why my account was been reset

Problem details:I lost all my pp and my stats ranked.I can't see my ranking history. Pls can you help me.

I'm assuming you're talking about your plays set prior to the 2024.130.2 release? Prior to this release, lazer was running on a separate environment that was subject to archival for when you could gain pp with lazer on the main servers. This means all plays from that separate environment won't appear on your profile unless you look at lazer.ppy.sh (which is now archived) and they do not contribute to your user stats.
