Problem details:
In certain specific maps,the settlement will not appear normally and upload will fail permanently.While trying to use 0offset to play,the problem will not appear.
Actually such problem has appeared since I started to play with -200offset several years ago.Yesterday I played a 16-min wafer map and the problem appeared again.
