Are you looking for a GD, or offering to make one?

If you are looking:
Use the Modding queues forum and look for queues with GD in the name, you can make a request for a GD there.
You can also use the Beatmap Projects forum for this.

If you are offering to make a GD:
Create a thread in the Modding queues forum and list your rules, of someone is looking for a GD they might post in your thread.
Alternatively, you can look at open requests in the Beatmap Projects forum.
