Why? Did I just have a really lucky last month and now it's just gone? For like a week I haven't been able to play anything I did "well" in like 2 weeks ago. Do I just take a break and come back after summer, have another good month and then quit again? That's what has worked before atleast, just seems boring.

nope, you just have to derust harder

Looking at your recent plays, you can improve your acc on insane difficulty. Rather than taking break and hoping for flow state to occur randomly while playing, You can build consistency. Consistency as in, you minimise mistakes as much as you could (misaiming, mistapping, misreading, etc) while getting more and more comfortable will all sorts of mapping styles

The biggest issue I have rn is that in jumps I tend to aim for the next circle too early, which causes me to miss and notelock until I die. If I put on HR I don't have this issue and I can hit them way easier, though I wouldn't actually start doing this since it ruins my acc completely. This issue has been present before too which is why I quit the game for like 2 years at one point, then returned and after a little time the issue followed again, and again. People say it's because I play maps that are too hard for me but why would that cause it?

I assume you have tried calibrating offset and doing technical stuff because it's my gut reaction. It's not within my knowledge as well

But other than that, you can try to relax your grip if it's for overaiming. Consiously think to effortlessly move your pen, with as speed as it's needed, not as fast as you could. If you noticed your aim to be jerky, it can also be rectified

Issues are okay when you're challenging yourself in the improvement zone (stuff that are yet to get a high acc over it). You might noticed that notes become more faster and denser with increasing star rating and you 'missed out' some patterns that are not-as-obvious. I called this misreading and it's expected for harder stuff you are challenging it. Simply I can put is that you are not prepared for it yet. You simply need to play more until you're know what is coming up

I don't really misread in the way that I aim for the wrong circle. I go through the circles in the right order but I jump through them too fast in a way that causes me to not be on the circle anymore when I click.

Also, just a week ago I was able to easily pass even like 5,5* maps with a decent accuracy, but for the past 3 days I die in even like 4,5* maps that I was able to one miss or fc before. The only maps I can play like before are maps that don't need too much aiming, but only finger control.

yea me too bro I was FCing 5* at rank 800k and now I mean I can pass them but I miss every 30 seconds and get the worst ACC ever like 80% my fingers and hands are slow and just stopped working

Go down an entire star in SR and Play high cs, your movements will get more precise with enough practice

I still don't quite understand how playing maps with bigger circles are going to fix my problem but I am going to try it thanks.

high cs = smaller circles

My problem is not with accuracy, my cursor hits the circles. My problem is that I go through them too fast, which causes me to notelock and die. My problem is also not tapping, since when I manage to jump at the right speed and hit the circles I don't get 100's and 50's.

try being more aware of playing and related stuff, u will see improvement and find things where you can try to do better.

you can try fixing that issue, if you want. make it a priority to fix it instead of prioritising other things.

in what kind of maps does it happen? low ar? high ar? small cs? some patterns? fullscreen jumps?

try practicing in a map with those/more extreme setting, that causes a problem for you, but that is lower star/easier. making everything else easy, but leave the thing you are bad at there, so you can focus on it.

well, if that's the case, i'd suggest you to higher the AR

Yep I'll do this. I realized I can't even hit 3,5* jumps anymore because ar8 is too slow for my reading. I'll just play low ar low star maps until I can hit it and won't even touch a single over 4,7* map since that's propably what got me into this trouble.
