I startet playing 7K like 4 months ago and somehow started playing 7K with my left thumb, even when im right handed. And sometimes when i play a 3 Star map there are really hard jacks for the thumb, i can never press so fast to not miss a note. Is that normal to not being able to press so fast and my thumb is going to "improve" on clicking speed?

Some people love to use their dominant thumb, some are using their non-dominant, and some do alternate, that's just matter of preference.
Jack is hard and need alot of practice, including the thumb one. So, it's super normal, especially if you haven't use your thumb alot.
