On my osu! profile on the website it shows that I have no rank and no pp. However, on the actual osu! app, it shows that I have 75pp and I'm ranked.
Why is that?
Also my country rank is apparently #4716 but I looked at the leaderboard and most people around that range have thousands of pp already (I'm Australian)
Even though this doesn't matter I'm still curious and very confused

thanks, even though i've been playing for two years i somehow didn't know that
although i did sign up in 2020 and stop playing until november 2023

It's normal, lazer rank is different than stable rank
