In mania 7k this happens kinda oftem so when it happens for me, even when i just spend like 5 days without playing is that i play easy stuff. By easy i mean, if i used to be able to play 6 stars l, then i'll play the starrated where i can fc stuff, for me it is 3'4*. So just take a week to recover, slow down your pace, find some cool easy maps and slowly increase the difficulty as you feel like it with the days.
