Problem details: only 609 of my best naps are showing but I downloaded 5k maps. I tried refreshing too.

When you say 5k maps, are you talking about 5k different beatmaps or 5k different beatmapsets? In Lazer, the default is "sort by Title". You can change it by using "sort by difficulty" (default in stable iirc) 
If you do not see Difficulty, you can click on the "..." button at the very right of the pic
