After a timing set thing, the notes go more faster than usual. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you screenshot or possibly even upload the beatmap so we can look at what the problem might be?
assumption because your main mode is mania:
I assume you've used a BPM (inherit/red) or sv (uninherit/green) timing point with a different value than yourprevious one, this does affect the notes scroll speed in mania.
If it wasn't done intentionally simply find the timing point with increased value and remove it.
