how to improve at hitting long notes and dense patterns that involve ln?

i am relatively good player 4.5 star but when i see patterns with lots of holding and releasing long notes at once i immediately have an epileptic seizure and fuck up
how to a improvement?

Look near the upper-middle part of the screen. It will help you process the pattern fast enough to hit it.
