everytime i play mania i hit the notes way to early (i already use offset) the song syncs to the hits but i keep hitting to early, any tips for that?

You can try hovering over your performance graph to see how early or late you are hitting on average.
In this picture I'm hitting about 1ms late more than I hit early.
I'm going to assume you already tried universal offset, but have you tried judgement offset?
If not, go to your skin.ini file in your skin folder, look for "HitPosition" under mania x amount of keys, and change the value to how you see fit.
If you have already tried that then I am not sure what to tell you. Maybe scroll speed?
Hitting early might be caused by your scroll speed. Try setting it 1 or 2 clicks higher using F3/4.
Increase scroll if you can or change your hitposition
Don't do hard songs if you are adjusting your offset.
Play songs that arent a struggle, so you get accurate and consistent measurements for adjusting the offset. If you only have an offset problem for difficult songs, then you're likely rushing and hitting too early, slowdown and listen to the music and press the keys in sync.
