What are the patterns of this map? (the last difficulty)

This map cots me a lot, the highest score I got was this one: scores/mania/548821907 (I must have been very inspired that day :V)

for most part of the map there was long jacks (3 or greater number of notes in the same column) and there were triples (so the jack notes that had 3 notes, 1 for each column).
There was also one quad in there.
