Problem details:
Will I get banned? Me and my gf use the same computer but we switch accounts when we play.

That is perfectly fine. As long as both of you own one account each and nobody shares account, you're fine to do so. In case of either accounts being falsely restricted, you can appeal it and explain the situation. As mentioned in wiki/en/Help_centre/Account#shared-pc :

Can I play on a computer that another osu! user has used before?

Yes, absolutely. This includes shared PCs like netcafes or PC bangs.
