Download the Video Game Pack Volume 1 from the bottom of https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmaps/packs?type=theme&page=2, extract the .osz files on the main Songs folder located inside your osu installation folder and press F5 at the Song Selection screen, then play all the maps from that pack (you can check the progress from the beatmaps/packs?type=theme&page=2 page) and when you've played all those maps you'll have that achievement
