Yeah and when you consider college age people as well that percentage will most likely get very high. I feel like the vast majority of osu! players are below 21, and most that aren't probably started playing a long time ago anyway.

The top players of the game are getting younger and younger too. The current #1 is a 16 year old and there's also another top player that's like 13-14 years old . There're probably more young top players like that and since they're closer to their audience's age they'll relate more to them and be inspired to play the game too.
