Problem details: Osu will not open. It says Application not Responding when I open osu.

Laptop: MacBook Air

macOS Ventura Version 13.4

osu! version: Lazer 2023.610.0

Please report lazer issues on the GitHub: https://github.com/ppy/osu/discussions , make sure to include the logs (crash log and the other logs found in the log folder when you make the issue)
