if i dont have a .mp3 for my song can i just pick a music from a beatmap i have downloded?

You can go into your songs folder and find a .mp3 file in any of the songs that you have.

You can of course take audio files from your already downloaded maps, you also could look up a song of the Featured Artist section, those are pre-timed and ready to go.
