I can only alt on burst and streams but now I run out of stamina when single tapping on a map over 180bpm can someone help me and my fingers start hurting so I don’t play as often which is making me slowly rust when it comes to long maps therefore making me play more HDDT instead of NM

Why do you want to full alt? You know that you don't have to do it if you wanna become good at the game

You are a new player, so you should expect your stamina to be bad. If you full alt it will be harder to increase your stamina without specifically playing speed maps or maps with long streams that are outside of your BPM comfort zone. I full alt and I've only ever seen speed improvements from doing long stream practice. I also think it will take you longer to get used to maintaining high accuracy if you full alt since its less intuitive to tap to a rhythm with two fingers.

But if you still want to do it, I'll let you know the secret...
To full alt, you press one key, then you press the other. Then you do that again until there are no more notes.

There are no special tricks to it, start with easier maps if it's too hard on what you can currently do without alting.

It would be easy if that's all it was, but not everyone is like that you know

this, i started full alting when i was new and i took A LONG time to get my accuracy up.
if you want to learn how though i recommend going to a like 3 star with bursts and a low bpm and forcing yourself to alternate, it takes a while but you will get the hang of it.

Start by playing on slower maps that you can manage and basically continue to play from there. That's pretty much it.

Yeah it took me 5 months to learn it, i didnt learn it instantly obviously. Though i have to sadly say that, only playing with full alt made my singletap worse but im relearning singletapping right now and im going pretty good i would say
