I take a step, realize it didn't do anything immediately, then stop trying, so not really. Especially when it comes to sleep; I find it very hard to motivate myself to go to bed on time (Case in point, I should've probly gone to bed 2 hours ago from when I post this) when I seem to be unable to actually be awake when I wake up regardless of the hour I wake up at or how long I sleep.
That being said, I know my mentality has been a lot healthier than it was in years past, so it's like just a bunch of small, incremental steps I've taken that I don't realize are good steps until much later. Not to the point of actively socializing (though I think I was never a social butterfly in the first place) or anything like that, though.
Edit: I hope you've already had that nausea problem looked at, angrynerd. I don't know what the size of your portions usually are, how many meals you eat a day, or when, but if even relatively modest-sized meals are nauseating to finish I would have somebody check your stomach or gastro-intestinal system. That, or just make sure you're eating stuff to fill out/bulk up over just filling your stomach.
I'd also suggest not jumping from a "modest" meal to a "large" or even "huge" meal (relatively speaking) right away, as trying to cram that much inside you when you usually don't eat that much will definitely cause internal protests.
(Note: I'm not a doctor, just giving advice I think would be helpful. Seriously consult with your doctor or a specialist before you attempt any of my advice.)
