I hate to say it but play more and you'll get used to it!
Unfortunately your problem description is too vague to really properly diagnose your problem to give reasonable advice outside of “practice”

Depends on what you playing, like high AR or low AR? Faster or Slower maps, what your ms and refresh? need to be more descriptive otherwise it just practicing more
I'll say reading first to get a possible route based on your skills, then practice and improve that route. At least that's what I did
