How do I upload thumbnail?

I created a new level in osu!
When I played the level, the background was applied correctly.
However, I don't know how to apply thumbnails that can be viewed before starting the level or on the BitmapList website.

its either
1. you uploaded the map BEFORE the background was added
or
2. its a bug

surprised there's no satisfactory answer after a week.

For the thumbnail in the map selection, you have to upload the map first.

For the thumbnail in web, background used in difficulty with the lowest ID will be chosen.
