[Archived] osu not opening

Problem details:

i double click to open osu, the updater appears and tells be my game is up to date but just doesn't open

osu! version: Stable 20230326 (latest) + on mac

well see if an update.log is being generated in the osu! folder for us to take a gander at. If there isn't one being generated or you can't find one then make sure that a crash log isnt being generated at ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/~ and if one does present itself, then post it here.
