Problem details:
I've been having 2 issues for the past week. One of them being where my beatmaps to scroll down continuously, and the other being that my sound wheel keeps going down in lobby and when I'm playing a beatmap. I've tried to resolve these problems by restarting Osu!, changing mouse's, restarting the game and my pc multiple times but still no luck. Would be much appreciated if someone could help me with these issues.
