Anyone have tips on how to stop tensing up, especially near the end of a map? I would be 10 seconds away from a top play and my right hand (mouse hand) tensing up just causes me to miss every single note...

Whenever u finish playing a map and feel like u tensed up too hard just play it again but this time primarily focus on relaxing while maintaining your precise movements

It's cuz I get really anxious when I'm about to get a good pp play
There isn't really any solutions that would work for everyone on this matter. Personally i think you should try just getting used to it, and remind yourself whenever you feel like this to focus harder.
There's not really much you can do besides being mindful of your tensing and trying to stop it, form a habit of it y'know? It's a problem that's been plauging mania players too so it's just a matter of how much control you have over yourself.
Be aware that your right hand tense sometimes while you are playing a map. There's no particular miracle solution for this.
