guys, ive been reading old posts of "push at your limits" and i really got more confused than before

bc exists the "above your skill" and "your limits" and now idk which is which.
pass a map with 9 misses + 90% acc is above your skill or your limit??????

what i do is play 4.6 ~ 4.8 maps that i can reach 94% acc or above
but some says this is bad??
man wtf i just want to play and now im in doubt if i played this game for 600 hours in a wrong way

(sorry for english)

You know what? Just play for fun and don't listen to all those people who give you contradictory advices.

Do what you think is right for you.

your limit is the hardest thing you feel like u can try doing
symptoms: it's exhausting and you get something done

above your limit is if you feel like you can't even try it

even if you do play above your skill limits if you dont try to improve your scores, you might not be able to improve faster than you should. The reason you go to outside your limit is that there is enough room to be able to improve your scores and just improve your ability etc. Playing a rank maps is imo has enough room to be able to improve your scores but just remember to try improving ur older scores

Absolutely agree with this one
Playing by itself does make u improve but having a mindset for growth is what really gets you there

One's limit is like someone's highest ability to perform well. By pushing those limits, you are increasing your capabilities to play better than you did before.

Above your limit is shit you won't be able to accomplish soon.
Pushing your limit is going only a little above what you're currently comfortable with.

just do what you think is right and go for it, if it doesnt work out then change what you do, if it does work out then dont change what you do.

If you want to improve faster, you first need to be able to identify what your current 'bottleneck' is. This is the skill or area which is limiting you the most. If it is raw mechanics and or higher AR reading which is holding you back, then playing hard maps can be helpful. If it’s something more like technique or a lack of consistency, then slowly improving your near-FC scores or improving fundamentals might be more helpful. It can be helpful to just train both fundamentals / consistency and skill cap pushing, then you won't even need to waste the brainpower thinking about what to focus more on.

The terms "above your skill" and "your limits" can mean different things to different people. Remember to figure out what your bottleneck is and work on improving it. Always consider what works for you and try changing things about how you practice as you see fit, just because this is how I see improvement doesn't mean that it's the only way. The only "wrong" way to play the game is to not enjoy it.
