You join mini tournaments that some people host in Discord.
You'll get an idea of what to play.
Or you can search online for the past osu!mania tournaments. They will have maps.

Also finding beginner mania tournaments is hard asf since they are rare

I think it's better to play as usual (and play more) maps around your skill level, all the maps in 4K MWC are too hard for you now (unless downrated)

There is a list of other osu!mania tournaments that aren't mwc.
I am not sure how hard the mappools are though.

This is a map pool for a Chinese mania tourney called GBC. Level B is for players within 2000pp to 4500pp range to play in. B1 for level B round 1, B2 for level B round 2 and so on. Why not have a try?
