This is what I'm trying to map rn and I tried to translate the artist that made it, because it was a japanese username, but then I found this...

And I can tell that he made his own MADs from 2011 to 2012, During the time where NicoNicoDouga started peaking at MADs

It was the second video he ever uploaded!
There is unfortunately no desription..
BUT in the first video there is a description and when translated it shows that he had done the music and looping a bit poorly..

Another one thing I notice is that it might have been one of the first if not the FIRST EVER "I'm so Happy" remix. Since there were a LOT I mean a LOOT of videos that sorta copied this style...

In the ranking criteria and metadata rules, under standardisation:
When romanising an artist's name yourself and no official romanisation is available, it must be romanised in the order it is printed in the unicode field.

So yeah, just romanise it as-is. Remember that Japanese characters are romanised using modified Hepburn romanisation.

A reminder that a handful of artist name can be just shitposts, in one way or another. DECO*27 is because guy has big forehead, or sasakure.UK is bcs of his dried hangnail.

Just romanise the name and put it as is. This situation isn't worth making a fuss about.
