please tell me how to play over lapping notes

The fact that the notes are planted on top of each other if it's only 1 I can spam but the 4* maps I've come across have a lot of consecutive plantings that confuses me.
when I see the notes overlapping each other I can only press myself unconsciously and almost miss and those hell notes appear in a row which keeps me stuck at 4*
I hope someone can show me clearly about the keystrokes and other technical knowledge

Have you tried different types of skins? It might make it easier for you to keep up with your game play (especially if there is no hit circle overlay)

Try listening to the song's bpm, as the bursts (over lapping notes) usually follow the beat. For 4* bursts, they usually have about 3-5 notes stacked on top for most regular 4* maps.

You can also try to practicing maps with a lower AR (approach rate) so you can see the burst more earlier than what you normally can see.

you need to alternate on those bursts, thats what they are called
basically it makes it easier to hit and its called hyrbid alternate, only alternating on streams and bursts, but single tapping on single notes and jumps
once you get to high bpm 8* maps you kinda need to full alternate though, so thats why a lot of people say just learn alt from the start
