Im confused on if im playing to much and its resulting in hand pain like I stretch my hands a lot but do tablet players get pain in there aiming hand because my aiming hand while using mouse is getting rolled like its so sore, but maybe its because im playing to much like is 21 days of play time to much in 1 year or is it normal, like how much time do top players put in and do they get hand pain like mine because im thinking of buying a tablet if there is no aiming hand pain

If you are getting pain in your hand, you are either playing too much or playing at a dangerous angle/position. try fixing that

I've also noticed that my performance declines (I get stiff hands and wrist) which isn't exactly painful but noticed it comes from overuse, if you have any issues and think it might be because you are doing too much, give yourself a small break (I usually go for a couple days or up to a week) not playing to let my wrists and fingers recover for a bit and when I come back I do a lot better. Tablet is an option but it comes with it's own pains and aches especially in the beginning, so don't count on it for "getting rid" of any pains associated with play, and keep in mind for performance, it's entirely optional as well. some of the top players in the community (fancy lad and fiery rage for example) play solely with mouse and keyboard and are fantastic players.

TL:DR: just take a break, come back, wreck some scores till you tire out again. :)

You should never be getting hand pain when you play the game. Straining is fine but if you're experiencing pain while playing then go take a break and come back again when it stop hurting. If you feel like the pain is enough to consider going to a doctor, then you should go. Wrist related injuries are no joke.

I use to play catch in a way where my pinky finger was pushed onto the edge of my keyboard. This was not healthy and that finger was almost always really hurt after playing, so I changed the way I played and fixed that problem.

if you have pain in your hand, i'd rather take a break for a few days and derust a but. but that's just my opinion though

Don't force yourself to play osu! if it hurts. Sometimes, taking a break is just the best option... but if it doesn't work and you're still experiencing the pain, maybe you should change your playstyle because it could be the cause of this problem.
