What's your opinion on Osu!support?

Osu!support is the moderation team that moderates the Osu website.

I've heard people say they do a good job, and others who say that they do not. What side do you stand on?

Only contacted them 2 times

First time they basically told me to fuck off

Second time they helped me but their message was passive aggressive (asking for information by implying it should be obvious they need it when it's not)

It was a while ago so maybe (hopefully) it changed but clearly from my experience it's bad, not as bad as Discord or Epic support but that's hard to achieve lol
