You posted on my mod queue an eternity ago.... sorry for the extended delay.

General:
New combos are used a bit too often and haphazardly, try to have consistency.

Normal:
None of the sliders seem to be symmetrical. What bothers me is that it looks like an attempt was made, so you end up with a whole bunch of kinda-symmetric-but-not-really sliders, which detract from the map. Check out the guide to delicious sliders to see how to fix this. Also, when you manage to get one pretty good slider, it'd be best to copy,paste, and rotate that for the same type of beat. That way the curve remains consistent. For instance, 00:45:043 (1,2,3,4) - ought all to be identical so the curves would be parallel.

00:25:355- The sliders before this get kinda boring in terms of hitsounds because it's just an endless stream of clap, clap, clap... consider using different hitsounds to spice it up. Also, it's kinda loud.
00:28:543 (1) - Not New combo
00:31:543 (1) - ^
00:34:543 (1) - ^
00:37:543 (5) - ^

00:35:293 (3,4,1) - Flow of movement feels weird.

Sliders are better, but still not perfect. Some of the long slider shapes were quite nice, but a majority of the shorter ones were not.

00:27:793 (4) - 1 grid right for spacing
02:20:105 (7,8,9,10,11) - Found this pattern needlessly confusing, try making it more intuitive and moving it away from overlapping with where (6) was.
03:57:043 (1) - Silence the spins and end of this spinner. Also, a 10 second spinner is kinda long, think about some way of shortening it.

Lunatic:
Though your sliders in general are imperfect, you use jumps very, very well here.

00:58:074 (6,8) - Get this in the center of the screen? Modify surrounding notes accordingly.
01:00:230 (4,5) - Make the end of these land on 3.
02:06:043 (1,2) - Caught my attention in particular, fix to be more circular/symmetric.
02:44:855-02:56:011: Same repetition of circling slider gets boring.
03:03:043- Place a beat here, and have the finish from (15) be on this instead?
03:57:043 (1) - See Hard note about the final spinner.

I think your timing of notes was very good in your choice of sliders and circles, (except for streams because I hate streams but that's just me), and though some of the sliders weren't pretty, a few were quite good. Continue working on this and your map will turn out great!

Your offset in every difficulty varied (Normal=15043,Hard =3043,Lunatic =3043), that what your friend noticed. You should make the offset on all difficulty is the same offset (43). Moved all offset to this, you doesn't need resnapping as this offset is the same line as in all difficulty. Though it is recommended to double check the snapping on each notes. I will mod more on the contents later. Just make sure the offset are the same setting first.

The starting notes doesn't imply the starting of offset. It not necessarily offset will start at the beginning of the first note at all the time. Selee's timing is already there beforehand. Though I got 2ms later than him, I believe it wont affect much and making offset 45 mean your inherited time will be 2ms later on all difficulty.

I will mod your map later, I wanna see and play your Yu-Mu ver. ;)

Your easiest diff is not 3 stars or less. You need to have a diff that is 3 stars or less. Map an easy or try to make normal a little easier. Your normal is 3.24 stars.
I suggest you
A)Change normal into easy. (Should be simple. Remember 3 stars or less!) and remap a normal that can give about 5m score.

Normal:
Errrr. Don't make ticks have hitsound. It sounds weird. If you want to have hitsound, use a beat instead of a long slider.
00:51:045 (1) - This doesn't sound good with the hitsound. The slider ticks are adding wayy too many sound to the slider.

ok, firstly i wanna say that you didint follow my rule.....dude, next time at least get to know what is "mod4mod" or you just pretended you dont know, whatever. so im giving you a english mod. hehehe~

General: the skin should has a colour contrast with the background, i expect players will delete the skin....
and the hitsound file is quite big, 802kb, consider use audacity to edit it to mp3 file
and for the "thank you for playing" thing, i suggest using old english font, and use photoshop or something else to do a lens flare effect.i donno how to do it in osu!, you can ask somebody else.

[General]
- "Firce777" needs to be in tags on all difficulties. If there are any other relevant tags, consider adding those.
- [Firce777's Taiko] and [Lunatic] have inconsistent Audio Lead-In times. Change them both to "2000".
- "Font effect.png" doesn't seem to be used. Delete it and Full Submit.
- "9.jpg" should be resized to 640x480.
- I think you should be able to reduce storyboard load by disabling your background image and then just calling it into the storyboard.
- Disable letterboxing during breaks due to storyboarding.
- Kiai times should be consistent on [Normal], [Hard], and [Lunatic]. (They are currently inconsistent.) Adjust [Lunatic] so it's like [Normal] and [Hard] and then things should be all good.
- Red timing sections must be consistent between all difficulties. The red timing sections on the taiko difficulty are correct, so switch the other difficulties to have consistent red timing sections with that one.
- All difficulties should end at the same time.

- The .osb file has actions for an image named word-1.png but there is no word-1.png in the folder.
- word2.png, word3.png, and word4.png are all in the folder, but the .osb isn't telling them to do anything.
- Audio Lead-In is currently messed up, they should be like this:

Gonzvlo had some stuff to say, but he didn't want to post here, so I'm posting for him. No kudosu, please.

- Ask a BAT if the custom sliderball is visible enough, as it looks like just some sparkles at the moment.
- Reduce the size of the custom HP bar, it overlaps with the numbers a bit. (remove the little flower?) Alternatively, use custom numbers.
- Also, scorebar-colour and scorebar-bg overlap slightly as seen here.
- hit-50 must be recolourized, right now it looks too similar to hit-100
- hitcircleselect.png is an unused file and must be removed.
- The storyboarding looks sort of bad on the taiko difficulty, remove it and get a custom taiko background?
- The elements in the "lyric SB" folder have a lot of transparency, try to trim these images as much as possible.
- [Normal] 02:21:043 (1) - Is the repeat snapped to 1/4 in purpose? It sounds a bit odd.
- [Lunatic] 01:13:543 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - These notes aren't stacking properly, move them apart.

Oh dear, um. It feels like there's a new error every time I check this.
- The taiko background isn't working as it should, so go ahead and create a 800 x 600 by stealing Ozzy's template. http://puu.sh/2Ebp
- For some reason there's an .osb file with a bit of storyboarding that shows up on the taiko, and it shouldn't. So you should probably delete that and Full Submit.
- Speaking of which, there are some lines referencing "word1.png" in the [Normal] / [Hard] / [Lunatic] .osu files but there is no "word1.png" so just delete those lines.
- Kiai times are inconsistent again for some silly reason. See here. Make very, very, very, very, very sure that they are perfectly consistent.
