[resolved] I made a top play 30 min ago and it doesn't counts

Problem details: I made a top play and it seems doesn't count. When i finished i was waiting for pp load but it didn't load. I thought was a server problem and didn't care but now past 30 min and don't know what can i do.
i log out and login but doesn't effect.
Here i show you how it sees...

Yea.. bancho went offline for about 5 minutes. sorry, im afraid your play doesn't count. I heard a lot of people complaining about this

So... What can i do now? i wrote an email to osu support and i hope my play counts to my score, if not I'm literally done over

Its ok.... you will make new top plays eventually. If you're lucky then they will give you the play somehow but i doubt it

If osu didn't show that it will retry to submit the score in X minutes, I'm afraid that the score is lost as the support team won't manually add scores.
